Essence of christianity: Moving to perfection

Not to stay at the foundations but to move on
In order to be perfected the way God desires for us, we need to mature in Christ. Even Jesus had to grow in wisdom, stature, favour with God and favour with me.
In the temple there was the outer court, the inner court and the Holy of Holies. The Holy of Holies is where we can live in the Throne Room, in the perfect rest of God, through the blood of Jesus Christ, in Oneness with God, in the Glory Realm. This is our inheritance of saints. But we need to take hold of this. And without a revelation of the life of Christ, being “my life” as a believer, I will forever strive to try and come closer to God, to try and “do” more, rather than to “be”, in Him. Eckhard Tolle is so close in his undersatnding of this, yet his description is a twist of the truth and has nothing to do with the true Christ life. (See book discussion under “Introduction”)
In the “Shadows” provided in the Old Testament, typifying the life of the believer, there was first a journey through the wilderness required. This was necessary for their development. But they needed to move on, to take hold of the promised land. In similar way we as believers need to take hold of our inheritance in Christ. We need to overcome the “dust” (Philistines means dust), and the soulishness of the Girgashites etc. (See seven evil spirits)
Like Caleb and Joshua we need to learn to walk by faith and not by what we see (sensory perspective) and to overcome, by not believing the evil report of the enemy about circumstances (allowing ourselves to have wicked unbelieving hearts) but to believe God. Abraham believed God and it was counted to him for righteousness. God wants us to believe Him, and to believe in Him. Not to have faith in faith. Not to have faith in a system. Not to have faith in religious concepts we have about God. But to trust Him, and have faith in Him. For this we need to receive the seed of His Word with meekness and allow it to grow within us.
See spiritual maturity defined in the bible: Heb 5:14 ButG1161 strong meatG4731 G5160 belongethG2076 to them that are of full age,G5046 even those who by reason ofG1223 useG1838 haveG2192 their sensesG145 exercisedG1128 toG4314 discernG1253 bothG5037 goodG2570 andG2532 evil.G2556 . (Mature christians have their spiritual senses developed and does not judge things by how they appear by the natural senses)

When we stumble
“Sanctification is not a thing to be picked up at a certain stage of our experience, and forever after possessed, but it is a life to be lived day by day, and hour by hour. We may for a moment turn aside from a path, but the path is not obliterated by our wandering, and can be instantly regained. And in this life and walk of faith, there may be momentary failures, which, although very sad and greatly to be deplored, need not, if rightly met, disturb the attitude of the soul as to entire consecration and perfect trust, nor interrupt, for more than the passing moment, its happy communion with its Lord.” (The Christian’s secret to a happy life, Smith Hannah Witall)
"You might ask, how do we overcome! By the blood of the Lamb and the word of our testimony. Simply say to the serpent's deceiving hiss, "I was created in Christ; I am not trying to get Adam to behave. I am feeding the new creation and it is made manifest right now in the Paradise of God." A Heart of worship : Looking unto Jesus and being lead by the Holy Spirit

"A revelation of Jesus to you will produce a revelation of Jesus through you." Dr. Lynn Hiles

A central part of Christianity is worship of God in spirit and in Truth.
This is not a ritual, but a lifestyle. Paul said it right, that whether we eat or drink, or whatever we do, everything should be done to the glory of God. Everything should be worship.
When Christ has become our life, there is no more separation between secular life and spiritual life, everyday activities becomes sacred and special, as a heart of worship, and the presence of God, makes all the difference.

As the Holy Spirit put’s new prophetic songs in the hearts of true worshippers and it is being brought to the Father with a heart of true adoration, intimate moments with the Almighty are experienced that is beyond the description of human words.
Christianity is all about glorifying and Worshipping God, from the heart and in Truth. With thankfullness of His marvelous grace and eyes for only Him.
As we grow in Revelation about who God is, the depth of our worship also increases and it transforms us from the inside out. The fruit of the Spirit will become all the more evident in our lives.
The reader is encouraged to read more about prophetic worship and how to bring a New Song unto God. Magnificent CD’s are available on the internet, that will help those who feel far to sense and experience the love and the presence of Almighty God.
But before a person can even begin to worship God like he or she is meant to, and experience His beautiful presence, it is important to repent from idolatry and evil ways, and to turn to God the Father by faith in His Son, and the finished work of His accomplishment on the cross. The blood of Jesus cleanses us from all sin, if we will simply receive His gift of grace and run to the Father, who is standing with open arms, to receive all who would come.
We are transformed by what we worship. In Psalm 115 it is written:
"They have mouths, but they speak not: eyes have they, but they see not:
They have ears, but they hear not: noses have they, but they smell not:
They have hands, but they handle not; feet have they but they walk not: neither speak they through their throat.
They that make them are like unto them; so is every one that trusts in them"

When we behold the glory of the true King of glory, we are changed ourselves from glory to glory. We are to worship Him, and Him alone, in spirit and in truth.

Let the seeking man reach a place where life and lips join to say continually, "Be thou exalted," and a thousand minor problems will be solved at once. His Christian life ceases to be the complicated thing it had been before and becomes the very essence of simplicity.

Renewing our minds, ridding of double minuends, feeding our spirits with the Word, using our spiritual weapons and resting in Christ

Refer section about the power of the seed of God’s Word. Feeding on God’s Word regularly and meditating upon it is a vital part of spiritual growth within the believer.

God wants us to mature, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ, that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, but speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head- Christ. (Eph 4:13-15). That is why He gave for the equipping of the
saints, for the work of His ministry, apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors and teachers. These are gifts to the body of Christ. They are not their to build their own ministries, but the ministry of Jesus Christ, with the aim of bringing all believers to maturity, to the stature of the fullness of Christ.

They were never supposed to become mediators. And they were never supposed to be put on a platform and rule over the sheep of the Great Shepherd Jesus, as if they are more important to Jesus than His little lambs. (Jesus said to Peter, do you love me? Then feed My sheep, tend My lambs,
feed My lambs)

Double minuends will make us tossed by the wind (James 1:6). Double minuends are due to impurities in the soul, ungodly mindsets (James 4:8). You are double minded when you believe a lie and a truth simultaneously. We are to love the Truth and rid of all lies.

The enemy builds lies upon lies. That becomes a stronghold. To rid of the top level lies, we need to break deeper and deeper into Truth. God's thoughts is the Truth and is found in His Word. When we learn the truth, and receive it with meekness, the Truth sets us free.

1 Cor 10:4
"For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ" (NKJV)

The Word (our Sword) is one of our weapons. We need to speak it, and think it, and
overcome lies with it. For as a man thinks in his heart, so is he. Prov 23:7. When we think occult
thoughts, we become like the demons that rule us. When we think the thoughts of God,
our souls comes in line with our spirit.

Becoming a bond servant

When we are not a bond servant we will be restricted in the level of revelation we can receive of Jesus Christ:
Revelations 1:1
"[This is] the revelation of Jesus Christ [His unveiling of the divine mysteries]. God gave it to Him to disclose and make known to His bond servants....." (Amplified translation)
When we become a bond servant we willingly give up our freedom and chose to serve Christ, to live only for His glory and not for our own. Our ears gets nailed to the door, which is Christ and we start to hear and understand mysteries of God.

Exodus 21:5,6
"But if the servant plainly says, "I love my master, my wife, and my children; I will not go out free," then his master shall bring him to the judges. He shall also bring him to the door, to the door post, and his master shall pierce his ear, with an awl; and he shall serve him forever"
Jesus is the open door (John 10:7)

Hearts that are "fit to break" with love for the Godhead are those who have been in the Presence and have looked with opened eye upon the majesty of Deity. Men of the breaking hearts had a quality about them not known to or understood by common men. They habitually spoke with spiritual authority. They had been in the Presence of God and they reported what they saw there. They were prophets, not scribes: for the scribe tells us what he has read, and the prophet tells us what he has seen. The distinction is not an imaginary one. Between the scribe who has read and the prophet who has seen, there is a difference as wide as the sea. We are today overrun with orthodox scribes; but the prophets, where are they? The hard voice of the scribe sounds over evangelicalism, but the Church waits for the tender voice of the saint who has penetrated the veil and has gazed with inward eye upon the Wonder that is God.

The bliss of calling Him “Abba Father” and living under an open heaven
Romans 8:15
"For [the Spirit which] you have now received, [is] not a spirit of slavery to put you once more in bondage to fear, but you have received the Spirit of adoption [the Spirit producing sonship] in [the bliss of] which we cry, Abba (Father)! Father!
The Spirit Himself [thus] testifies together with our own spirit, [assuring us] that we are children of God.
And if we are [His] children, then we are [His] heirs also: heirs of God and fellow heirs with Christ [sharing His inheritance with Him]; only we must share His suffering if we are to share His glory."
In the temple there were three parts. The outer court, the inner court and the Holy of Holies.
Many Christians only live in the first dimension, the outer court. They experience very little of the power of the Kingdom of God, but they are saved.
Some have entered into the Inner court, where they have Pentecost experiences and learned to operate within the gifts of the Holy Spirit.
Very few enter into the Holy of Holies, which is the realm of God’s glory, which is the place where we can continually abide as believers. Here we live under an open heaven. Here we receive the mysteries of Christ. Here we behold the glory of the King and have heavenly encounters. This is here where we can only come as bond servants, with our ears pierced to the door (which is Christ), living not for our own glory anymore, but only for His. Then our eyes open and we see Jesus, the Open door, and through His blood, the veil has been torn, and the middle wall of separation has been moved, so we can have true intimacy with Almighty God.
It is to this place we need to proceed.
I recommend the website and books of Barry Hall, to teach a believer the principles that apply to living in heavenly places.
